FAQ
No, we take your reservations in good faith. We only ask that if you need to cancel your reservation, you do so at your earliest convenience.
All utilities are included, along with Wi-Fi and a Parking space.
The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances, pots, pans, and utensils you’d need to prepare meals. However, we do not stock perishable pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, or spices for hygiene reasons, so you will need to bring your own cooking essentials. There is a grocery store just 5 minutes down the road for anything you forget.
No, absolutely NO PETS are allowed on the property for any reason, not even from someone visiting you for a few minutes. The owner is very particular about that.
Our standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM to give our cleaners enough time to deep-clean the studio. While we cannot guarantee early or late times, we are happy to accommodate you if we don’t have a same-day turnover. We will send you a message the morning of your arrival to let you know if the property is ready sooner. If not, you are welcome to drop your bags off after 11:00 AM.
The property is situated in a residential neighborhood, making it very safe for evening strolls. The nearest restaurant is just across the street, and several more are within a 20-minute walk. To enjoy more variety, you will definitely want a car or to use a rideshare service. Uber and InDrive are plentiful here.
